The cover story of issue.27 features various of celebration activities in the second half of the Association's 60th Anniversary, including 60th Anniversary cum Staff Thanksgiving Dinner .

Another theme of this issue in "Focal” is "supporting carers” and it interviewed with Mr. FUNG Pak-yan, former Deputy Director of Social Welfare Department and current Chairman of the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee, to analyse the government’s prioritised works and future directions for supporting carers. In addition, we also interviewed carers and their families, as well as a social worker from Jockey Club C · Care Programme – SAHK Carers Support Service, with a view to enhancing readers' understanding of the topic of "carers", so that they would realise that support for carers is closely related to every member of the public, and is an important part of building an inclusive society.
